We specialize in two main services: personalized travel planning for trips to Korea, offering custom itineraries based on your preferences, and a Korean product purchasing service, where we buy and ship products from Korea directly to you, regardless of where you are in the world.
Custom Travel Planning Service
Start by choosing your travel themes and preferences through our online form. Our experts then craft a personalized travel itinerary for you, including suggestions for activities, dining, and accommodations. You can choose to receive this plan via email or opt for a personal guide service in Korea for an additional fee.
Yes, we offer one round of modifications to your itinerary free of charge.
Our personal guide service includes a knowledgeable guide accompanying you according to your itinerary, vehicle service for transportation when necessary, and a small welcome gift. This service is available for an additional fee.
Korean Product Purchasing Service
You can request any Korean product by sending us the product details or a link. We will then provide you with a quote that includes the product price, our purchasing agency fee, and shipping costs.
Our agency fees are $30 for packages up to 3 kg and $50 for packages up to 5 kg. These fees are in addition to the product price and shipping costs.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and package weight. We provide a personalized quote with each order. Generally, shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
Returns are generally not accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily for issues related to service delivery. For product purchases, refunds are issued for damaged goods upon receipt of photographic evidence.
Service requests can be canceled before any purchases are made or planning begins. Once a purchase has been made or itinerary planning has started, cancellations may incur a fee.
